La Morte Subite
Been fortunate enough to have been to La Morte Subite and was served by this bartender.
Also those are Westvleteren ("Westys" to beer geeks) abbey ales that they can't tell you the name of or sell. I still have two bottles in my fridge, a Westy 10 and a Westy 12. At 13 euros apiece, they are going to sit in there quietly and age for a very special occasion.
Belgium. Gotta get back.

Barack "keeps it cool..."
Fred Armisen is starting to nail his Barack impersonation. This is gold, Jerry! Gold!
Holiday Ale Bottled
Bottling today. Had to drain pour my Pale Ale because it may have gotten infected. Some funky shit floating around in a few bottles that was not yeast sediment.
Anyhow, the Holiday Ale is looking pretty good and tasting even better.
1.012 final gravity.
Using Coopers tabs to carbonate instead of boiling priming sugar.
